The property we list is located in Celesia, a small town in the countryside of Liguria, close by the town of Carasco. Celesia is part of San Colombano Certenoli municipality, in the province of Genova. It is about ten kilometers from the coast, at an altitude of 300 meters and it offers a magnificent view of Ramaceto mountain, part of the Ligurian Apennines. Celesia currently hasonly 16 residents but the road network is good and the local post-office and the restaurant-bar are open for business.
The property was built in the first decades of the 1900s, over the years it has been passed down different generations of the same family who had a grocery store on the street level. The complex is entirely empty at the moment and the whole building can be divided into apartments with independent entrances.
