VILLA IN SAN MARTINO BUONALBERGO. We offer an important historic villa with park. The exterior of the house is composed of a large Italian garden, characterized by a geometric division of the spaces using hedges. The Italian garden inside the courtyard gives exclusivity, refinement and historicity to the sixteenth-century residence, which can only be the emblem of living well. The villa is the favorite location that calls for architecture and purity, it is a typical peasant structure, flooded with the exclusive personality of details and furnishings. Pure materials such as stone, wood and marble are combined in a weave of lines that enhance the value of beauty and authenticity. The residence, which measures 535 m2, is an ancient beauty out of time, the protagonist of a biodynamic garden, the setting of a romantic and contemplative place, in which nature and luxury combine perfectly. The natural light used to amplify the sensation of quality that can be experienced in everyday life has been studied down to the smallest detail thanks to the collaboration with a Murano glass factory that was able to recreate the appropriate shapes, according to the style of the building. Similarly, we worked in the habitable attic where the warm notes of the wooden beams create enveloping, warm and intimate environments. The villa is spread over three levels and can be easily divided into two independent units. It has welcoming rooms on the first floor with beautiful frescoes that make the rooms larger and brighter. On the two upper floors it is composed of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, one of which with a hydromassage tub, while on the ground floor we have a double entrance, a bathroom, kitchen with marble and stone finishes and a terracotta floor, dining area with fireplace and lounge area. The newly restored external porch can be used as a relaxation area or an external living room or dining room, the first porch is 113 m2, the second 87 m2. In the green area outside the walls, where in ancient times it opened towards the countryside, a park was created with the planting of cypresses, olive trees, horse chestnuts and birches, recreating the original spirit.
