Val Liona: the Berici Mountains frame this solution. High ceilings and large spaces characterize this house. Entrance on portion of private porch, on the ground floor there is an entrance room, a bathroom, living area with fireplace which leads to the private garden and the cottage which can be used as a garage. The living area leads to the first floor where we find three bedrooms and a bathroom. The house was completely renovated in 1995 with the consolidation of the structure and the remaking of the roof. It is currently in an advanced raw state. Excellent solution for enthusiasts.
Brief history of the HISTORICAL CENTER OF VILLA DEL FERRO:
A massive wrought-iron bridge over the Liona allowed transit to the ancient fortified fiefdom of Villa del Ferro, a hamlet in the municipality of Val Liona, which was donated in the sec. XIII to the bishop of Vicenza. Some elegant historic buildings overlook the center of the town.
