the old farmhouse is located in tuscany, in the municipality of civitella paganico, a fraction of monte antico in the province of grosseto. it dates from the year 1875, although it has undergoing transformations over the years such as the maremma type entity. the portion of the residential building is sqm. 116, it is part of a 10 ha farm and shows its architectural value typical of the farm which used the farming family. a characteristic white road, sided by olive trees, gives access to the common court of the whole building. on the ground floor there are warehouses and cellars for approximately sqm. 200; on the first floor there is a large kitchen, with a bathroom and 3 bedrooms. the building needs to be renovated and is equipped with water and electricity connections.
not far from the building is the regional trains station, in transit along the grosseto and siena lines, which is also "bici stazione", for enthusiasts of this sport.
the landscape around is variegated, with the cultivated fields in the plain that frame the ancient medieval castle, which stands on the highest of one of the hills, which surround the ombrone river on its course towards the sea. this valley, which extends between the territories of siena and grosseto, encloses the most typical tuscan landscapes: olive groves and vineyards and various agriturismos between the sea of maremma and the mountain areas of monte amiata.
