We are in Tiglieto, a municipality in the hinterland of Liguria, which is part of the Beigua Natural Park.
We present a beautiful independent residence of over 180 square meters, completely renovated with excellent materials, beautiful to look at, practical and designed to save energetic. The external structure of the house is protected by a coat to improve energy efficiency. The electrical system is certified, with Bi Ticino Axolute fruits. The whole house has an internet system with wired and wifi network.
Spread over a total of 4 floors with 300 m2 of garden, land cultivated with vegetables and fruit trees and a small surrounding wood. The property is completely fenced.
The property is accessed from the automatic electric gate or armored door.
On the first floor we have a splendid living area with kitchen, large living room with fireplace and bathroom with tub.
On the second floor we find the first bedroom, complete with walk-in closet, a comfortable study and bathroom with shower.
On the third attic floor another bedroom with an adjoining small bathroom with only the services.
The ceiling of the attic is a spectacle of wooden beams with dormer windows on the sky!
The floors are connected to each other by spectacular wooden and steel stairs, comfortable and architecturally fabulous!
Directly from the kitchen with a spiral staircase we access the underlying laundry room which however has a surprise! !! … a fantastic sauna!!! What more could you want, after a week of work, than to relax and purify yourself?
Next to it there is a small warehouse, where we find the boiler and from there you can go out into the garden.
But we have not finished yet, in fact on the behind the house we still have a room used as a tavern, even if calling it that is an understatement, let's say it is a mini apartment: a large living area with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
The property is completely protected by a latest generation alarm and video surveillance with network cameras and remote viewing.
For all trekking enthusiasts, woodsmen, mushroom hunters and nature enthusiasts in general, Tiglieto offers an excellent range of possibilities. Both for vacation and for living in, this villa is truly stupendous!
The attraction of Tiglieto is the abbey, which has recently been restored.
Founded in 1120, it was the first Cistercian abbey built outside French territory. The Romanesque complex consists of the church, convent and refectory on three sides of the cloister, delimited on the fourth side by spaces intended for agricultural use.
In the Middle Ages, the "friars of Cîteaux" also played an important role here as cultural and economic development, the traces of which are still visible in the lands of the plain.
