"RESIDENZA PALEOTTA" has a modern aesthetic with refined architectural lines aimed at creating prestigious apartments, it embodies the characteristics of comfort in spaces and materials, it is also equipped with cutting-edge technology in energy class A4 NZEB (Nearly zero energy building), easy and economical to manage. The new construction is the “Nearly Zero Energy Building” (NZEB). In essence, attention is required to the efficient design of the building envelope, in order to minimize the energy demand for heating, cooling and lighting, going to cover the needs of the building with efficient plant engineering that exploits renewable.
The property consists of three floors above ground, one underground and a central staircase that serves three apartments on the ground floor, three on the first floor and two on the third floor for a total of eight residential units. They will also be equipped with a CONTROLLED MECHANICAL VENTILATION SYSTEM complete with a cross-flow heat recovery unit which carries out the air exchange without opening the windows (excellent for the wholesomeness of the air and for the elimination of humidity and consequently of moulds).
The preparation of a punctual alarm system is foreseen for each opening. The building will be covered with a thermal coat.
