San Martino sulla Marrucina is an Italian municipality of 940 inhabitants in the province of Chieti, in Abruzzo, and is part of the Union of the Teatine Hills. The name of the town, present in documents prior to 1000 AD, derives from the union of the name of the patron saint of knights (in fact here there was an ancient castle built in the Lombard era) and from the Marrucina, a road of pre-Roman origins which winds right up to below the hill where the town stands and which leads to Chieti, the ancient Teate capital of the Marrucini people. In this quiet context of the medieval era we offer for sale a building from heaven to earth, with an independent entrance from the central Via Roma, composed of several levels where we find the location of garage, warehouse and storage rooms on the ground floor; residential rooms for habitation such as living room, dining room, kitchen, bedrooms, balconies and attic on the first, second and third attic floors. Property to be renovated. Price negotiable!!! For further information, please contact the Agency's contact details.--c320c34ca62e51a0bd4244a9225a1a28!
