Il Mandorlo, a typical Tuscan farmhouse in need of renovation, of ancient layout with particularly privileged exposure and not far from the main provincial road, immersed in its 24 hectares of land among woods, vineyards and olive groves.
The property borders Lake Valigondoli and the Antinori family's Tignanello vineyards not far from the Badia di Passignano.

- Obtained permission for an artesian well for drinking water (the area is rich in water) and already booked the contractor for execution.
- Authorization with execution in progress to the recovery of 3.5 hectares of existing olive trees and integrated with new plantings, the planting of a new vineyard of 1000 square meters of Chianti Classico and the planting of lavender in the areas adjacent to the house to give the scents also thanks to 'obtaining the hydrogeological and landscape authorization.
