LOCATION AND CONTEXT

The proposed property is located in the hamlet of Clibbio, not far from the center of the country and is therefore convenient to all services: bank, post office, supermarkets and local shops can be reached in ten minutes on foot.

The municipality of Sabbio Chiese, with about 4000 inhabitants, is located halfway between Lake Garda and Lake Idro and belongs to the mountain community of Valle Sabbia.

Until 1616 it was simply called Sabbio: the origin of the name derives from the Latin sabulum, sand. The specification refers to the location of the place on the Chiese river, which crosses it entirely.

The municipality is well connected to the neighboring towns thanks to the ring road which allows you to reach the tourist resort of Salò in 15 minutes. There are also public transports that lead to both Lake Idro and Brescia.
