The cottage, built with local stones, is on two levels with a large storage room in the basement, and a room to be converted into a home on the first floor. The hut, formerly a barn and a dwelling, is to be completely restored although with the possibility of keeping the perimeter load-bearing walls thus maintaining the authenticity of the property
