We are located in Tetti Notari, a village in the Municipality of Pavarolo, about 3 km from the town centre.
In front of us a building free on all four sides with a courtyard and a land of over 1000 square meters in ownership, located in a small agglomeration of houses. A peasant residence that has undergone some transformations over time.

The house is spread over three levels and its construction, for a large part of the volume, dates back to the early 1900s, while the remaining part is the result of a reconstruction with expansion of the first 90s.

Now we accompany you to view the "oldest" part of the building. The main entrance does not betray its origins. As in any self-respecting Piedmontese country house, after passing the entrance, the staircase leading to the upper floors appears before us. On the sides of the staircase there are two rooms, the kitchen and the living room which, with the size of the staircase, reach a surface area of approximately 70 m2. On the floor we still find a toilet, the garage and the boiler room for a further 40 m2. The "old" house, adjacent to the kitchen, offers two further storage rooms (approx. 18 sq m) accessible from the outside.

The first floor measures approx. 135 sq m and consists of four bedrooms, two corridors and two bathrooms. The rooms measure 20m2 - 17m2 - 14m2 and 14m2, three of which have a connection to a balcony. On the floor there is another room (about 20 m2) with a small terrace, which can currently be reached through the part rebuilt and enlarged in the early 1990s. The second floor/attic can be reached via a staircase located in the largest room.

The floor measures approximately 135 m2. There are two bedrooms measuring approximately 20 m2 and 16 m2 respectively, as well as a hallway which leads to the attic consisting of two rooms (max height 2.50 m) of approximately 37 m2 and 25 m2. The view from this floor is truly suggestive. We dominate the surrounding hills which proudly display their castles.

The reconstruction and expansion that took place in the early 1990s restored a structure - currently in its raw state - linked to the old house, increasing the original size on each floor. In this way, the ground floor of the original structure has gained approximately 24 m2, the first floor has obtained 16 m2 and an independent access staircase, while the top floor has obtained approximately 27 m2 including a connecting staircase with the extension of the floor below.

The systems date back to the 1960s and the entire house uses a wood boiler. Hot water is produced by an electric water heater.
