This is a truly very particular dammuso.
Its main characteristic is that it has maintained the authentic flavor of an era grappling with the first technologies and with the well-being that was spreading in those years.
We find ourselves on the ridge overlooking the Kufurà valley, with the view ranging from a rural panorama to the sea, suspended in the charm of this secluded and quiet place. Here peace and silence reign supreme.
Milding perfectly with the surrounding landscape, without ever giving up the comforts of modern life, this property contains within itself all the ancient flavor of the dammuso as it should be.
A small and easy-to-manage garden surrounds the dammuso among the scents of flowers and fruits.
The numerous doors on the façade, in addition to providing a lot of light inside the rooms, give access to all the rooms of the dammuso and onto the terrace.

Inside it is made up of a living area from which we can access the romantic kitchen with the original rough marble sink, its vintage fridge and its totally restored "economic kitchen", without forgetting the splendid country buffet all strictly in shades of light blue. From the kitchen a door leads to the bathroom also in shades of light blue with its wonderful cement tiles inlaid with Murano glass. Two other doors open to the outside. On one side, exiting onto the main terrace surrounding the dammuso, where the old wood-burning oven was recovered and a barbecue area created, and on the other onto a small terrace sheltered from the winds. Here we find a large masonry table, an external sink as well as a comfortable and absolutely sheltered and discreet shower.
Always from the living area you access the inevitable room with alcove and dressing room.
Everything in this property, from the floors to the coverings is taken care of in detail to live like in a film, letting yourself be transported by the time machine, in a time when the world was taking off towards new horizons.
