The two bedrooms, both renovated and with double beds, offer a welcoming and quiet environment to rest, both present something special, in the first you can find a small sitting room with two fantastic armchairs and a comfortable footrest for relaxing, with also a window overlooking the valley below, while in the second you will find a make-up corner perfect for putting on make-up before going out evening, and furthermore from this room it is possible to access the terrace overlooking the village, where you will find a table with two chairs from which you can enjoy a wonderful sunset.

The bathroom, also renovated, has a shower with a transparent glass, a toilet, a bidet and a sink, and, to guarantee maximum comfort during your stay, you will find inside courtesy sets for personal hygiene and showers, as well as towels of different sizes.

Finally, just over 100 meters from the apartment, you can enjoy the exclusive services of our second property, including, first of all, a wonderful panoramic swimming pool overlooking the spectacular valley below which features an olive grove of more than 10 hectares, one of the only pools in the area with a similar view. On sunny days you can even see Siena in the distance. Beyond the swimming pool you can enjoy a perfectly maintained garden, a floating volleyball court and an outdoor fireplace which is perfect for grilling. You will then have to choose where to eat what you have just prepared, whether at the poolside table overlooking the valley or under a beautiful wooden roof near the brazier.
