Castelletto Merli is located about 10 minutes by road from Moncalvo, home to important international gastronomic fairs. The town is surrounded by nature and has mainly agricultural activities with a landscape characterized by vineyards, cultivated fields and farms. The Municipality has a bar/food shop.
The terraced house is located in the hamlet of Terfangato which dominates the valley characterized by a splendid view. A short private dirt road leads to a group of houses where our property is located and access is given by a metal gate. In front of the house we have a fairly sized courtyard and its facade is embellished with a facing of ancient bricks. A small arched portico acts as a cover for both the access to the garage, closed by a glass door and a gate metal and housing. From this there is direct access to an open space lounge, illuminated by a large window, directly overlooking the kitchen. From this we have a door on the left that leads to the garage, currently used as a support room for the living quarters. A door from the kitchen also leads to the back of the house consisting of a storage room and a bathroom with shower, both with windows. Returning to the living room we have a staircase that leads to the upper floor where there is another large living room illuminated by two windows overlooking the courtyard and with a splendid panoramic view of the valley. On this floor there are two double bedrooms and another single, as well as a storage room with a hatch for access to the attic. Finally we have another bathroom with window equipped with a bathtub. Also linked to the property is a fenced vegetable garden located in front of the access to the courtyard overlooking the valley. The entire structure is the result of a renovation in the 70s and has no structural or particular humidity problems. The windows of the building are made of single-glazed wood, it is connected to the municipal aqueduct and is connected to the sewerage system. It also has its own well.
