Obtained from the renovation of an eighteenth-century village with its historic chapel, it is proposed as a versatile and elegant place, made up of three main bodies: Villa Nuti, a large Country House including 15 apartments, each served by a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, and a large independent structure used as a restaurant with a capacity of up to 300 people, whose large windows allow you to appreciate the splendid surrounding Gubbio valleys.

Villa Nuti, measuring over 1,700 square meters and transformed thanks to a recent renovation into a welcoming and sophisticated resort, is fully furnished and equipped with nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The Country House, on the other hand, born from the restoration of the ancient rural nucleus, offers 15 two-room and three-room apartments.
