Country house via Olbia, Tempio Pausania

The Stazzo Li Coddi extends over an area of almost thirteen hectares, in a single body, for more than 90% cultivated with cork oaks. The remainder is pasture. The woods, left to themselves for a few decades, have been completely cleared. There are a few thousand cork trees already in production, albeit in various stages, and a few thousand more still in the initial growth stage. Even wood ready for cutting can be measured in thousands of quintals. The main building has a commercial area of approximately 250 sqm. Then there are two stables and a pigsty which, overall, cover an area of 52 square meters. All buildings were renovated in 2010-2011. They are all built in granite with stuccoed exposed stone. The entire renovation aimed to preserve the original characteristics of the structure, characterized, according to the Gallura style, by an almost exclusive use of granite in every possible application.
The manor house, on two floors, consists of seven main rooms, two bathrooms, three ancillary rooms, and a further large room now used as a storage room, but which can be finalized differently, as it has an independent entrance.
The heating system has two boilers, one running on LPG and one running on wood, which can also operate simultaneously. Solar panels ensure the production of domestic hot water for at least 10 months a year. A well ensures the necessary water supply, while a spring in the middle of the woods, channeled into a large tank, ensures the water needed by the animals all year round.
The whole property is bordered by dry stone walls in granite - these too completely rearranged - whose extension exceeds 3,000 meters.
The house enjoys a wonderful view of the Limbara, the highest mountain in northern Sardinia.
The property is located less than three kilometers from the center of Tempio Pausania, but in an area away from the ordinary road system, characterized by great tranquility and which guarantees total respect for privacy.
