-- the portion of the farmhouse, originally from the late 1700s, is a rustic house typical of the area and is part of an ancient farm called podere Fonte all'Ambolo. the property in question has an area of about 90 square meters (to be restored) and is composed as follows: on the ground floor there is a kitchen with wood-burning fireplace, living room with vaulted ceiling, bathroom. on the first floor a small bathroom, sitting room, single bedroom and double bedroom, all with beamed ceilings. outside it has a garden overlooking a beautiful panorama of the valley, a large shack with a shady canopy, land of about 2 hectares (olive grove, arable land, coppice). in the property there is a source with spring water and in the immediate vicinity another source that gives the farm its name. the parking space is in the immediate vicinity of the house. although the house is located in the greenery and silence, it is very close to Volterra which can be reached by car in about 10 minutes and on foot along an ancient path in about 30 minutes.
