Farmhouse, excellent condition, 400 m², Greve in Chianti

The farm is located in the heart of the Chianti Classico production area, near the town of Panzano. With an area of 21 hectares, of which
14 destined to specialized vineyards, the lands of the company are located along the valley of the river
Pesa, better known in the Panzano area as "LA CONCA D'ORO" for the superior
quality of the wines that originate there, at an altitude varying between 290 and 320 meters and with
extension on the two sides of a hill facing south-east and south-west.
With the support of the "Experimental Station for Vitiviniculture Sustainable”, the company
practices agriculture based on the principles of “naturalness and sustainability”. For the respect and the
quality of the environment, no chemical products are used.
The vines used have been planted and cultivated in full respect of the traditions of
Chianti Classico and the Territory of Panzano. The company has modern cellars obtained
in part within the body of the main farmhouse, built in 1500, with a
vinification department, the so-called "TINAIA", separate from the aging one,
consisting of an excavated cellar inside the hill, suitable for its function due to the
reduced seasonal temperature shock.
The farmhouse is on two levels for a total of approximately 325sqm. It is in good
condition with large rooms, double living rooms, a beautiful kitchen, five double bedrooms
with a view of the hills, five bathrooms and two rooms used as a study. Then we have another structure where we find the tasting room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The
property concludes with another building on one level of about 70sqm used as a
farmhouse comprising entrance hall, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and private garden.
