Farmhouse via Roma, Castelletto Merli

Castelletto Merli, a municipality located in the heart of Monferrato. The house is located in an ancient hamlet, located a few kilometers from the city of Moncalvo. The entrance gate gives way to the large flat private garden, planted with shaded areas, pleasant in the summer season. The house is the central portion of an ancient building, renovated over the years. The entrance on the ground floor is typical of Piedmontese farmhouses, with a front staircase leading to the upper floor. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, with an adjacent large living room, and a bathroom, and another bedroom that can be used as a living room. The cellar has been renovated to create a pleasant environment that can be used as a tavern. The upper floor consists of four generously sized bedrooms, three of which have access to the balcony. The bathroom on the floor has a shower cubicle. On the back of the house a portion of land used as a vegetable garden. The house has recently undergone a replacement of the windows and the installation of a condensing boiler.
