Peaceful home with spectacular views of unspoiled beaches, historic Roman and Grecian villages, romantic coves and beautifully preserved Southern Italian culture.

Leucosia is an ample first floor vacation home with a sea view. It’s composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 living room with a double sofa bed. There’s also 1 balcony and 1 terrace. The beach house comfortably hosts up to 7 people.

The master bedroom has 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 2 large wardrobes. There’s a window that opens to the terrace with a view of the pine grove in Villa Matarazzo park.

The secondary bedroom has 2 single beds, a desk with a chair and a large wardrobe. There’s also a window with a beach view.

The bathroom has a standing shower, toilet, bidet and a lovely window.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, a washing machine and a small table with chairs. In the cupboards you’ll find dishes, pots, pans, utensils, a coffee machine etc.

The living room has a table with chairs, a double sofa bed and a window/door that leads to the balcony.

The sea-facing balcony overlooks the Gulf of Salerno and the neighbouring towns along the coastline up to the Amalfi Coast. It has 2 armchairs, a coffee table and an extendable awning for shade.

The terrace is fully furnished for outdoor eating with a table and chairs. There’s an outdoor sink and an outdoor shower. From the terrace you see a part of Villa Matarazzo park.

The apartment is located across the road from the beach and is perfect for families, couples and groups of friends.

Sabbatical and long term stays in off-peak season are welcome. Rates for long-term stays are negotiable.

The weekly price is €550 and includes bed, bath and kitchen linen, water, electricity and final cleaning upon check-out.

Preferred minimum stay of 7 nights, with Saturday as the day of arrival. Call for more information.

Walking distance from the apartment are many daily services as well as bars, restaurants and galaterie on the seafront. There’s a bakery “Panificio da Nonno Enrico“ (10 min); a grocery store “EUROMARKET” (2 min); a pharmacy open all days of the week “paraFARMACIA del CORSO - CASTELLABATE (8 min).

Santa Maria is a classical southern Italian town where you can relax and enjoy the calm Mediterranean lifestyle. It’s also easy to reach iconic cultural and historical cities such as Naples, Pompei and Salerno. The start of the Amalfie coast is about 1 hr away by car (65 km) and Naples airport is approximately 1.30 hrs by car (125 km).

There are many charming little villages along the coast and in the nearby countryside for day trips where you can sample the famed local cuisine.
