It is an ideal location as it is easily accessible by public transport (both the actv lines that run along the Grand Canal and the alilaguna water shuttle to Marco Polo airport), and is also a 10-minute walk from Piazza San Marco and the Ponte di Rialto.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and first floor, has a private entrance from the street and can accommodate 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Its surface is about 110 square meters. The house has all the necessary protections for high tide.

The entrance door opens onto the large loft-style living room: you can sit back on one of the sofas and admire the canal that runs right along the house! An elegant and spacious dining table seats up to 6 if you have guests over for dinner, and you can easily cook your own meals in the small but well-equipped kitchenette. A stone staircase leads to the mezzanine floor, with sloping ceilings, where you will find an entrance hall with table and chairs, 2 double bedrooms with a double bed each and a large bathroom with tub and shower.
