This is a pine forest made up of approximately 4000 pine trees, of the Aleppo variety, planted over 35 years ago and extends over an area of just under 6 hectares, approximately 70% of which is occupied by them.
The rest of the territory is made up of a strip with outcropping rocks that extends to the top of the hill from where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the entire island coast.
This strip was not planted both due to the unsuitable nature of the soil but also to preserve the native vegetation, consisting mainly of mastic trees and dwarf palms.

The entrance to the pine forest, the only one in the area, has a front of over 300 m overlooking the road that leads to the "traffic light", the subject of negotiations with the state property for its acquisition for the purposes of its renovation to transform it into a country club.

Already in the area there are sites used as country B&Bs, restaurants due to the notable attraction that the area boasts for its nature, close to the sea, in particular to the tip of Capo Sperone, the southernmost point of the island. An appeal that also comes from the multiplicity and richness of archaeological emergencies, such as nuraghi, proto-historic, Phoenician, Punic and Roman tombs.

The land falls in the E2_2b zone, Agricultural areas of the Puc, as per the urban planning certification.
