In Monselice, approximately 22 km from Padua, we propose a former monastery founded in 1921, situated a few hundred meters from the Cathedral in a panoramic position. It is located in the upper part of the town towards the Rocca and at the foothills of the Euganean Hills.
Constructed in a neo-Gothic style, this monastery has a total covered area of approximately 1,750 square meters and is surrounded by a parkland of about 1.2 hectares. It comprises the former rooms of the nuns, a church, cloisters, arcades, several terraces enjoying magnificent panoramic views, as well as private parking areas.
Over the years, this monastery has undergone expansion and renovation works that have resulted in its current architectural configuration, with three above-ground floors and a basement level. Many of the original architectural finishes from the construction period have been preserved.
In good maintenance condition, the construction methodology used allows for easy rethinking of new internal layouts and alternative uses for the monastery (such as hospitality, collective residence, etc.).
The area is renowned for its thermal baths, which offer a range of high-quality wellness services, as well as for the production of fine wines.
