On the top of the Serra Morenica di Ivrea stands the municipality of Andrate, at the crossroads with the Valle d'Aosta and the province of Biella. The area is renowned for its naturalistic charm and for the many excursions, without forgetting the Ecomuseum on peasant civilization, the various churches and the local food and wine. The house remains in the Gianmartin region, leaving the town in the direction of Chiaverano, surrounded by woods and with an open view of the surrounding landscape. It is the first in the village, with an adjacent portion of a private fenced garden. Currently on the ground floor there is a large single room ideal for use as a tavern, served by the bathroom and completed by the closet. Upstairs there are two rooms, one used as a kitchen, with adjacent bathroom, and the other with a fireplace that can be used as a bedroom to obtain independent accommodation. The upper floor has the same composition and therefore it is possible to obtain a second independent accommodation. The roof of the house has been redone, the structure is the original one in stone and internally the rooms can be adapted to different needs thanks to the presence of a bathroom on each floor. In addition to the adjacent garden, the property includes approximately 1,900 square meters of wood behind the house and a further approximately 3,500 square meters of land not far away. The quiet location surrounded by nature and the composition of the house make the proposal ideal both as an accommodation facility and for spending the weekend away from the chaos of the city.
