From the top of this natural elevation I open onto the countryside, illuminated in every corner.
I am a residence from the 90s which will allow you to perceive the tranquility thanks to the greenery that surrounds me.
After crossing the private gate located at the end of the street where I live, I welcome you at my entrance with courtyard, garage and large porch that connects to the suggestive garden at the back.
Inside on the ground floor, in all its majesty, I have a bright and open living room with dining room that will accompany your family to pursue their passions in the lovely room with fireplace, where you can relax in the company of a compelling book and in the rustic built-in kitchen, which my current property will leave you, to enjoy cooking and which has a comfortable exit onto the porch.
I also have a hallway that leads to a storage room and the bathroom/laundry room to prevent you from climbing stairs when you have a basket of clothes to hang out.
