Situated on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, surrounded by vinyards and fields of sunflowers, beautiful traditional farmhouse dating back to the 1700s, presently run as a B&B with its park of 6 hectares, 5x15 m swimming pool and picnic areas. The house is divided into 6 independent apartments, which are all restored to high standard mantaining the traditional features with wooden beams and terracotta floors.

The apartments are as follows:

- La Padronale: on the ground floor with a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms;

- La Mangiatoia: on the semi-basement level with a living room with a kitchen corner and a fireplace, a bedroom and two bathrooms and an exclusive portico
