The manor house built at the end of the 19th century, in Genoese style with elegant lines, is arranged on three levels topped by a turret, the ground floor is completely renovated, the upper floors are in excellent condition, the roof has been newly redone. The land has a surface area of 18 hectares, of which 3.57 hectares are intended for vineyards bearing the DOCG Gavi denomination of the Municipality of Gavi. The yield per hectare as per the regulations is 25 quintals of grapes suitable for Gavi del Comune di Gavi DOCG wine, the grapes produced in excess of the foreseen quantity are classified as table wine. The overall production of grapes is 405.22 quintals and the yield in bottles is approximately 38,000 units. The vineyards are recent, of modern conception, with galvanized iron poles, designed for optimal processing, and are totally fenced in their perimeter. The training system is the classic "Guyot" used in Piedmont, with an inter-row width of 2.40 meters and a planting spacing of 0.90 meters between the vines. The exposure is in full south. New vineyards for a total area of 3,664 hectares have been created in front of the buildings, of which 1,864 hectares of "Chardonnay" vine and the other of 1.8 hectares of "Cortese" vine.
