Built around the 1950s , the building presents several characteristics typical of the architecture of that period, such as the thick stone walls, which help to have good thermal insulation both in summer and in winter, or the balconies made up of large flagstones. It is a classic house with railing, a very widespread type of building in the first half of the twentieth century which involved the sharing of external spaces, such as courtyards and balconies, from which the accesses to the different housing units opened.
