The rustic house was completely renovated a few years ago, preserving the spirit of the building and preserving the original materials such as the exposed stone walls. The other area, located to the west, has two bedrooms, each with a personal bathroom, a Turkish bath covered in mosaic, a laundry-ironing room and another finely decorated bathroom. On the second floor there is the beautiful guest bedroom equipped with personal bathroom. The wooden roof with exposed beams and the light that kisses this room give a relaxing feeling of well-being, from here, among other things, you can enjoy a splendid view of the park. Returning to the ground floor, at the far west of the residence, there is the splendid covered swimming pool made of mosaic and illuminated by large sliding windows that open onto the greenery of the park making it extremely enjoyable even in the summer season.
