The building is located in via Eugenio Arditi, a few steps from the town hall and at the entrance to the historic center of Presicce, a village in southern Salento with a characteristic historic center dotted with Lecce stone and framed by churches and palaces enriched by the Baroque.

DESCRIPTION

Historic building which develops on two levels and covers a total area of approximately 300 m2. There are many traditional elements that we find inside such as the vaulted ceilings, the original fireplaces and in some rooms the original floor in decorated cement tiles is still present. The first floor can be accessed either from the ground floor or independently via an entrance on the street. An internal staircase leads to the terrace from which you can admire the view of the surrounding area. The building also has a cellar of relevance.
