The authentic Tuscan villa is currently divided into 8 residential apartments, in Tuscan style, surrounded by five thousand square meters of land used for lawn, gardens, olive trees, sun terraces, swimming pool, barbecue, and private parking for the residents. The Villa is immersed in nature and history, with splendid views of the Cortona hills and the city. This 2nd-floor studio benefits from the best views of Chiana Valley and Cortona. There is a living area, open fully equipped kitchen, and one double bed with an en-suite bathroom. Individual heating system, internet access and air conditioning.
Cortona is one of the oldest hill towns in Tuscany, its medieval streets are pleasant to walk, and enjoy fabulous countryside views along the medieval town walls. Cortona preserves splendid traces of its past, from Etruscan remains to the splendid works of Renaissance artists such as Luca Signorelli and Fra Angelico or Baroque artist Pietro di Cortona. Thanks to its central location it is very well connected being on the main communication lines of the country. The airports of Rome can be reached in a bit more than 2 hours while Florence is reachable in 90 minutes. both the tyrrhenian and adriatic coasts can be reached in roughly 2 hours.
