The charming village rises to 857 meters above sea level. Today it has been partially restored, but the houses are only open in the summer: its former residents belonged to the Allione family. Its toponym can be traced back to the local botanical name of the broom, the erica vulgaris called brac. The agglomeration can be reached via a comfortable asphalted municipal road which opens the passage in one of the side valleys of the Tetti di Dronero.
The village is set in a magnificent wooded context, where the only sounds that are heard are the chirping of the many species of birds present in the area. The fairytale frames and the bucolic panoramas give a magical atmosphere to the rustic houses, made even more suggestive by their characteristics; they live almost in symbiosis with the rural environment that surrounds them, being their own reflection.

There are three properties being sold, distinct and separate from each other: they lend themselves to various types of use and renovations. These are cottages, which still maintain the characteristics of the past unchanged, when expert craftsmen used their skill to build structures designed to last over time, using raw materials such as stone and wood. The second cottage is not far from the one described above. At the moment only the remains of the previous construction remain; a part of it, unfortunately, was demolished, since it was unsafe, but it is possible to obtain a useful garage.
The third solution is located along the road that connects the different houses of the village; it is independent on two sides and enjoys a fundamental green relevance that extends in front of it.
The property is completed by exclusive plots of land, which enrich it with 1,493 square meters all around.
