Single-family detached house via Aquileia 41, Lavariano, Mortegliano

The house built in the early 1900s is located a few steps from the center of Lavariano and the lot on which it stands consists of a large courtyard on which the house and its appurtenances are located and a strip of land that gives further breathing space to the living context. The whole thing measures approximately 940 m2 and is included in a single land plot. The property is located along a road perpendicular to the main street of the town, along a street composed mostly of houses in a row, semi-detached and independent houses which takes us towards the greenery of the Lavarian countryside. It is made up of two units: one housing unit on two levels plus the attic and the other which was used as a warehouse/stable surmounted by the barn as well as some small typical Friulian appliances inserted inside the courtyard.
The ground floor of the house is made up of three rooms currently used as a kitchen/living room, dining room, bedroom and bathroom; this area is heated by a wood stove located in the kitchen area and by a wood-fired bathroom heater. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, two of which are communicating and a further staircase that allows the access to the attic left unfinished and with partly usable heights.
The roof of the house was overhauled in 2000 but in general the entire property requires renovation work.

The property, as mentioned at the beginning, is completed by a stable with a large barn and a series of small outbuildings beyond which extends most of the discovered property.
