FREE DOUBLE FROM AUGUST why are my roommate and I leaving

? WHERE:
The apartment is located next to the side entrance of Giardini Margherita, on the 2nd floor of a building with a roof terrace (where you can go up freely, even to hang clothes). Near Porta Santo Stefano, it is about 10min by bike from the uni area, more or less the same by bus, cutting through the gardens it takes you about twenty minutes to get to the uni area on foot. The circular stop is a few minutes' walk away and the area is quiet, quite residential. In a moment you are on via Murri, with pharmacy, post office and supermarket.

? HOUSE:
The other double (the one with balcony) is occupied by two students 2003. The landlord lives with his wife in the apartment next door. The house is new (we are the first tenants), it is very nice and has a shared garden. The double that is free is large (larger than the dining room/kitchen), has two desks, air conditioning, drawer furniture and a large window overlooking the small garden of the condominium. Kitchen with various tools (pans, cutlery, etc.), oven, microwave, refrigerator and pantry. The stoves are induction, not gas.

? PRICE:
The price is 580€ (including bills and condominium expenses) and for any problem, the owner pays.
