In the historic center of the small town of Quadrelli, formerly Castello di Quadrelli, in the municipality of Montecastrilli in the province of Terni, set in a medieval village of enchanting charm, we offer the sale of a period residence completely renovated and arranged over three levels -land) for a total of 190 square meters plus an external garden (inside the castle walls of the town) of about 200 square meters. with wooden gazebo, furnishings and equipped kitchen including barbecue and wood-burning oven. The internal doors in chestnut wood were built entirely by hand by the late Corrado Fagiani, a well-known wood craftsman from Scheggino (Cod. 11618).
