The farmhouse offers accommodation in 5 bedrooms: three double rooms, two of which are attic, a quadruple room with a mezzanine and a double room with two single beds for a total of 12 beds.
On request, the rooms can be equipped with an additional single bed.
A kitchen is available to guests, equipped with appliances, dishwasher and dining area. Also beautiful is the lounge on the ground floor with a wonderful fireplace and solid wood table for lunches and dinners with a sure scenic effect in a cool environment in summer and warm in winter. A beautiful terrace is also available to guests with the possibility of using the BARBECUE for fantastic barbecues in company. All the rooms are finished with particular attention to detail and quality materials such as stone, Tuscan terracotta, wrought iron, furnishings and windows in solid wood.
The property includes a large SWIMMING POOL (12x6 metres) with a comfortable outdoor shower, which enjoys a wonderful panoramic position with a 360° view of the hills, exposed to the sun from dawn to dusk.

The farmhouse is located in the wonderful hills of the Alta Valdera, in the renowned spa resort of Casciana Terme and is located on a hill of 2.5 hectares planted with olive trees, excellently exposed and always ventilated. The Casciana spa is very close to the farmhouse, about 1 km away, in the main square of the town. Guests of the farmhouse can use all the services and health and beauty treatments of the spa at discounted prices. 15 km from the FI-PI-LI highway, Pontedera-Ponsacco-Volterra exit.
