Given its strategic position, the small village of Flavon, located in the heart of the lower Val di Non, is ideal for those who love nature and tranquillity. It would certainly be a substantial investment but equally certainly very profitable which would allow its cost to be amortised in a few years, perhaps with the help of possible provincial contributions.
