Just 5 minutes walk from the car park on the 5 Terre coast road in a dominant and super panoramic position overlooking the sea with a 180 degree view of the entire coast of the 5 lands and the Portovenere archipelago , splendid independent stone cottage totally renovated with surrounding private garden. The rustic house of approximately 50 square meters is composed of an open space living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom on the ground floor, as well as a mezzanine bedroom . The Rustico is served by water and electricity and thanks to the Hot/Cold Splits it can be lived and enjoyed at any time of the year. Excellent sun exposure with sun and light from morning to evening even in the winter months. The exteriors are very enjoyable with the flat terrain, outdoor shower and fountain as well as fruit trees, citrus grove and DOC vineyard of the 5 Terre. The Grimagliera for the transport of materials arrives at a very short distance and the journey to reach the car takes about 7 minutes on foot, mostly flat. Being registered in C2 (Storehouses/Typical Cottages in the 5 Terre Park) the cottage can be used freely but is not to be considered a residential home, therefore it cannot be rented to tourists and the residence cannot be brought there.--16f1aa32acb01025c07b6e243365b5e7!
