The project fits into the urban context of Ventura Lambrate where the industrial matrix is refined to make room for creative regeneration, the new cornerstone of the city of Milan. The historic Angelo Bombelli company gives way to a new residential complex projected towards the future. Traditional spirit and innovation characterize the two buildings of Lambrate Twin Palace: Oro, overlooking via Sbodio, and Ambra, built along via Massimiano. The facades most exposed to the sun show a texture made up of parapets and brise-soleil: thin objects in metal and wood that create an elegant filter to increase shade and privacy.
The flare of the plaster frames the terraces and the windows, marked by colors warmth and finishes with golden effects: precious details that enliven the architecture.
Green paths and corners of perfumed essences. On the ground floor, large porticoes surround a central courtyard intended for outdoor recreation: a place full of vegetation, paved paths, green pools and corners of scented essences.
