Perfect for a young or youthful couple, or single who is looking for: architecture, large spaces and the best view
Notes on Architecture
The exteriors: the two perspectives of architecture
"Palazzo Liberati" is one of the main buildings in the village ; the sign dates it to the 17th century, the facade is unquestionably Baroque (but the portal seems to me from the following century and with the buyer I would gladly go deeper, the architecture deserves it!) the entrance is elegant, large and with vaults sailing. The original staircase in local limestone is maintained. The other side, to the right of the facade, that of the balcony, appears instead as the prow of a ship that plows through the Tiber Valley, pointing towards the Tiber River and Mount Soratte, exactly where the balcony overlooks.
The interiors: the surprise of a modern plan
After the stairs, the price to pay for the view, a new scenario appears where the division of spaces is in perfect harmony with modern needs, with large spaces in the living area, eat-in kitchen, large living room with view and comfortable bathroom.
