Substantial rural building composed of three bodies arranged around the internal courtyard, in which a wine cellar was located, as well as accommodation and services relating to other production activities.
The building dates back to the second half of the 19th century and was the subject of structural interventions after the 1976 earthquake. These interventions made the damaged structures safe and led to the construction of a part of the building, to replace a pre-existing one, for residential purposes but left unfinished.
In general the buildings require maintenance interventions that bring them to optimal use with structural improvements/adjustments, renewal of windows, finishes and systems.
The total surface area of the lot, including the external area, is of 8600 m2. The surface area of the building is 1600 m2 spread over two levels. In 2011, an executive project was drawn up to restore the building and create a farmhouse with more than 30 beds. Once authorization was obtained from the municipality, the intervention was suspended due to lack of funds.--1c6d0056d6ce8baf6e087b41f2638908!
