This apartment is located in the historic center of the ancient village village of Boccheggiano, at the edge of the ancient road that ran alongside the castle walls.

The town of Boccheggiano is located on the top of a green hill which is part of the Tuscan Metalliferous Hills, 675 meters above sea level.
This is its position of high hills and proximity to the sea (29km as the crow flies) make Boccheggiano a cool place in summer and mild in winter. A peaceful and ideal village for spending relaxing moments in every season of the year.

The apartment we offer for sale is spread over three levels and is composed as follows.

On the ground floor you enter a huge living room of about 40 square meters, with rustic style floor and ceiling with exposed beams and terracotta tiles.
A large fireplace with an opening of over two meters is the protagonist of the living room. A component that certainly cannot be missing in a rustic house in the hills.
The living room leads to a small closet under the stairs, ideal for storing firewood and to the kitchenette which is located in an enclosed balcony with glass windows.

On the same floor, but with an independent entrance from the street below, we find the stupendous cellar where it is possible to admire the living rock on which the whole rests village and above which the ancient stones that support the building were laid at least 5 or 6 centuries ago.
