New logistics area in Castrezzato (BS)

The logistics structure was created close to the A35 Bre.Be.Mi. motorway. adjacent to the "Barriera di Chiari Est" from which it is only 1 km away; its position allows you to reach the A4 Turin/Trieste motorway in 10 minutes via the Ospitaletto toll booth which is 12 km from the logistics hub.
The location of this new logistics structure is characterized by the convenience of its motorway networks, the proximity in just half an hour to the Eastern Ring Road of Milan and all the main airport infrastructures of Northern Italy.

Designed according to the latest generation technological and environmental systems, the new Castrezzato logistics area has a covered area of 40,000 m2, of which 30,000 m2 is still available.
The building consists of two-sided logistics warehouses with a height under the beam of 12 meters and 1 loading bay every 800/1,000 m2. Coplanar area in front for a depth of 18 m (+15 m of internal road network) to guarantee the stability of the vehicles during loading and unloading.
