The building is probably one of the most particular rustic buildings of all the Euganean Hills: probably built in the 19th century, it was made of a very particular native stone of the Euganean Hills commonly called scaia rossa, this stone gives a natural color tending towards red which is difficult to find in other houses.
Another peculiarity of the property is the location, located in the middle of the woods, far from other homes and reachable via a private dirt road for the exclusive use of our home.
The land is approximately 6000 m2. but much of it is forest. The actually usable and flat garden around the house is just over 1000 m2 in size. where the current owner has indulged himself in creating a real garden of times gone by.
Those who find themselves outside the house have the sensation of living in the Euganean Hills at the beginning of the twentieth century, where rurality and tranquility reigned supreme.
Internally, not much changes, stones and wood characterize the entire building, embellished with a fireplace with which to cook as in the past (and obviously heat the house), rooms with wooden ceilings lower than current standards and with a very warm personality. The kitchen on the ground floor is divided from the living room which in turn is divided from the dining room. The bathroom is on the ground floor while the two bedrooms are on the first floor. There is also a third room with independent access and a private bathroom.
Everything has been partially renovated, always trying to keep the original style unchanged.
Property almost unique in its construction characteristics and location, certainly suitable for those few who are looking for a home from times gone by.--d554ca9f1a679e0eadb670b82db9fc83!
