Double room via Giovanni XXIII, Genoa

We have 2 nice rooms in a new university student accommodation. Furniture to be inaugurated by you, the new inhabitant of the house.
- A single room
- A double room with 2 beds (you can take it alone if you want)
We make single contracts for each room: if you are alone or alone... that's fine! We'll take care of finding another university student for the other room that remains empty.
When you decide to leave the house, it will be easy since you are the only holder of the contract; you won't have to worry about finding a replacement; we'll take care of the dinners.

In addition to the 2 rooms there is a third which is already intended for a girl.

The rooms are already available, you can already see them; I took the photos on July 22nd and the rooms are not yet furnished in detail, between now and September they will be further improved and equipped.
In the tree-lined courtyard of the building there is a parking space where you can put your motorbike together with that of the other students

COMMON AREAS: there is a nice living room with television (still to be installed); a large kitchen with peninsula table, fridge with freezer, oven and burners and washing machine.

HOW TO GET THERE: we are in the hills of the San Fruttuoso district; from the lower part of the district with bus 89 you can get there in 10/15 minutes. When you are at home you are in absolute tranquility with a sea view from all the rooms.
With the 89 bus, get off at Piazza Martinez (10 minutes) where with the 18 bus you can go anywhere: medical school in San Martino, and up in via Balbi and Darsena. You can reach Engineering in 10 minutes on foot; engineering in Via all'Opera Pia is awkward to reach from wherever you arrive...

HOW MUCH THE ROOMS COST: 270.00 euros for a single room and 270.00 euros for a double room (also for single use): they are the same.
We have not furnished the one that we intend as a single as a double room in order not to get crowded in the house!
You will have to add a fee of 80 euros per room for condominium expenses (heating and cold water are included).
Then you will divide the costs of gas, electricity, internet and waste tax: they can be, divided by month, about 30 euros per month.
I'LL GIVE YOU THE TOTAL: 380.00 euros/month all included.

PS: l The attention that you will have noticed in this advertisement is the same that we will have with you as a student to manage any critical issues you may have during your stay.
