The real estate unit, inserted in the context of a small urban agglomeration also made up of other adjacent units which can be accessed from a consortium courtyard, is composed of two floors for residential use of which the ground floor consists of an external porch/loggia on the which also insists the wooden staircase to access the first floor, a living room/kitchen and a room currently used as a closet.
On the first floor, in addition to the arrival landing of the stairwell, there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with no window and a small hallway.
The unit does not have a heating system (a wood stove is currently used) while the hot water is produced by an electric boiler located in the bathroom on the first floor.
