Caluso has around 7500 inhabitants. Its position allows it to easily reach the cities of Chivasso and Turin which are 14 km and 35 km away respectively. Furthermore, the motorway toll booth is just 11 km away. The town is very lively and is recognized for the historic and centenary Grape Festival which every year welcomes thousands of people from all over the surrounding area. The property we propose is located near the exit of the town, on the outskirts of Caluso, in a green area in the Turin area.
The property, known as the five-star hotel 'Il Piccolo Principe', whose story begins in 2006 with the advent of the Turin Winter Olympics, it was born as an accommodation facility. The entrance gate opens its doors onto the large external area of approximately 700m2, decorated with an enchanting fountain which anticipates the entrance into this highly valuable structure. A second driveway entrance, located on the west side, accesses the property. The complex does not end here: the pride of the structure is given by the presence of a wonderful and rustic cellar with exposed brick vaults, an ideal space for storing the finest wines. The heating is independent and the window frames are made of wood with double glazing and double glazing. There is also an air conditioning system. The area is served by a convenient public car park, located on the west side of the structure. The main activities of the town take place less than 500 meters away. The train station is less than 2 kilometers away.
