New cold logistics being planned in Antegnate (BG)

5 minutes from the Bre.Be.Mi. toll booths. A35 of Romano di Lombardia e Calcio, with direct access from the SP81 (formerly Strada Statale 11), in a strategic position between Milan and Brescia and located in a busy industrial and commercial area, a logistics warehouse is being designed which will be developed on a total area of approximately 31,000 m2 with a SC of 14,000 m2 and a useful height under the beam of 15 m.

The new cold logistics will be equipped with 12 loading bays and 1,400 m2 of offices.

The external area will be distributed between maneuvering spaces, car parks and green areas.

The new logistics park will be built taking into account the specific needs of customers, with the possibility of remodeling the internal spaces provided for offices, services and technical rooms.
The warehouse will be built with great attention to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency, thanks to optimized and latest generation systems.

Delivery: 12 months from signing the contract.
