In the historic center of Veleso, a few km from Lake Como and Pian del Tivano, a characteristic portion of a house from ground up to roof free on three sides arranged over three floors of a total of 180 m2. The three floors, each of 60 m2 gross, are distributed as follows: Ground Floor apartment with living room with fireplace, kitchenette, bathroom, two bedrooms; First floor attic room with height suitable for recovery; Basement floor two vaulted cellars and the old stable. The property, an ancient building in local stone, is in a fairly good state of maintenance and, with a few internal improvement works, habitable. The roof has been restored in recent years, the slabs between the ground floor and the basement rest on the vaults while the one between the ground floor and the first attic is partly in brick and partly in wood. The house retains some original characteristic features that should be recovered. Heating is not present but the connection to the gas network is located outside the house. The house is not directly accessible by car and the municipal car park is a few tens of meters away.
