Building with the consistency of no. 2 residential floors above ground (GFA approx. 250 m2), with adjoining cellar in the basement and attic room; it is inserted along the road curtain of via Umberto I, the historic center of Vibonati (Sa), recovery zone A where building renovation work regulated by the NTA of the municipal recovery plan is permitted. The building, whose execution dates back to early 1900s, it is made of load-bearing stone masonry, with internal ceilings made of beams and chestnut wood planking and an overlying boiler made of light material. The floors are partly made of stone, terracotta and cement grit, according to the intended use of the internal rooms;
The internal stairs, set on plastered vaults, have risers and treads in cut stone;
the roof is double pitch with wooden beams and purlins and brick roof tiles; a masonry tower with openings on all four sides is inserted into it in correspondence with the stairwell;
the main façade, directly overlooking Via Umberto I, is made of "exposed" split stone, characterized by stringcourse frames and a molding motif in local stone;
